Rules & Restrictions

• There is a credit card required for this reservation.
• No reservation is accepted within one (1) week from the time of the online transaction is made.
• Early cancellation period: One week prior to arrival for FITs (Frequent Individual Travelers) and one month cancellation for single booking for minimum of six (6) rooms.
  • Charge: 5%
• Late cancellation period: Last minute cancellations with notice of cancellation beyond the early cancellation period.
  • Charge: 50% of the total charges for the reservations made
• NO SHOW: When a guest fails to check-in without providing proper cancellation notice to the hotel.
  • 100% of the total charges based on reservations made
• At check in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price is subject to change. If you wish to extend your check- out date, please inform the front desk ahead for the changes and you will be notified for any obligations you may incur during your stay.
• Free accommodation for children 10 yrs. old & below if sharing with parents.
• Only two (2) persons are covered of the given room rate, free buffet breakfast and welcome drinks. In excess of two persons per room, additional of $20 each for the extra bed, and $12 each for the buffet breakfast.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
• The hotel shall be responsible for ensuring that the room rate and other information pertaining the hotel are accurate and that all reservations are properly allocated.
