Rules & Restrictions
- There is a credit card required for this reservation.
- Early cancellation period: One week prior to arrival for FITs (Frequent Individual Travelers) and one month cancellation for single booking for minimum of six (6) rooms.
- Charge: 0%
- Late cancellation period: Last minute cancellations with notice of cancellation beyond the early cancellation period.
- Charge: 50% of the total charges for the reservations made
- NO SHOW: When a guest fails to check-in without providing proper cancellation notice to the hotel.
- 100% of the total charges based on reservations made
- At check in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price might be subject to change.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
- The hotel shall be responsible for ensuring that the room rate and other information regarding the hotel room are accurate and that all reservations are properly allocated.
