THE APO VIEW DIAMOND CLUB MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

The use of the Membership Card constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions listed herein. The Apo View Hotel Davao reserves the right to change the membership benefits without prior notice.

1. GUEST ROOM BENEFITS:

a) Member will receive TWO (2) Complimentary Room Certificates for a COMPLIMENTARY NIGHT STAY in a DE LUXE ROOM for two subject to advance reservations, room availability and room allocation restrictions. Breakfast not included. Fully Transferable.

b) Member will be entitled to UPGRADE the Complimentary Night Stay in a Deluxe Room to a Junior Suite for an Upgrade Fee of P1,200.00. Fully Transferable.

c) Member will receive a TWENTY PERCENT (20%) discount on Existing Promo Room Rates on all DELUXE ROOMS. Valid from Monday to Sunday. Subject to advance reservations, Room availability and room allocation restrictions. Member must present a valid Membership Card upon check-in. Non-Transferable.

d) Member will receive a preferred rate of fifty percent 50% discount on published room rates for all room categories except the Executive and Presidential Suite. Valid from Monday to Sunday. Subject to advance reservations, room availability and room allocation restrictions. Fully Transferable.

2. DINING BENEFITS:

a) Upon presentation of valid membership card prior to dining, members will be provided with a complimentary meal at the Entree restaurant on each dining occasion when accompanied by one or more paying guests. The complimentary portion of the bill is determined by dividing the total food bill (excluding beverages, government taxes, and service charge) by the number of people in one dining group and subtracting that amount from the bill. Members are limited to one (1) complimentary meal per dining visits and one (1) card per table. Member dining alone will be entitled to twenty percent (20%) discount on his/her total food bill. Non-transferable.

b) The membership card's discount privilege on dining cannot be used on Valentine's Day, Easter Sunday, New Year's Eve, for Room Service and on certain special occasions and promos.

3. ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:

Swimming Pool Benefit:
Member shall be entitled to five (5) complimentary certificates for the use of the hotel's swimming pool with only one (1) guest. (Fully transferable)

Beverage Outlet Benefit:
Member will receive a waiver of cover charge at the BLUE ROOM JAZZ BAR except for special promotions and events and a Ten Percent (10%) discount on LIQOURS and FOOD whether alone or with company. Non-transferable.

Anniversary or Birthday Benefit:
Member will receive one (1) certificate for one (1) complimentary glass of wine per person (10 pax minimum) when celebrating member's birthday or wedding anniversary by dining at the hotel's restaurants. (Non-transferable, not valid for Room Service, valid with prior reservation)

Function Discount:
Members will receive one Function Discount Certificate for a one-time ten percent (10%) discount on a function of a personal nature (birthday, wedding anniversary, debut, despedida de soltera, etc.) with a minimum revenue of P25,000.00. Maximum discount is P5,000.00. Not valid for company or business functions and outside catering. Non-transferable.

Pastry Shops Benefit:
Member will receive twenty percent (20%) off at Café Josephina Pastry Shop from opening until 7 p.m. and fifty percent (50%) off after 7 p.m. until closing on selected items. (Non-transferable)

Laundry and Business Center Benefits:
Upon the presentation of a valid for membership card, member will receive twenty percent (20%) discount on laundry services and business center services when registered as a hotel guest, applicable all year round. (Non-transferable)

Massage Services:
Member will be entitled to a twenty percent (20%) discount on Room Services Rates and fifteen (15%) discount on the Shop Services Rates at the Barber Shop. Non-transferable.

Tie-Up Hotels Discount:
Member will receive preferred discounts on our Tie-Up Affiliate Hotels nationwide.

4. CONDITIONS:

Lost Or Stolen Card:
All lost or stolen cards should be reported. An administration fee will be charged to the member and a replacement card will be issued bearing a new number and the same expiry date as the previous card.

Lost Or Stolen Certificates:
All lost or stolen room certificates and other membership vouchers will not be replaced.

Expired Certificates:
All expired room certificates and other membership vouchers will not be extended upon its expiration date.

VALIDITY:
The use of the membership card and other benefits and privileges is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

5. CANCELLATION:
Cancellation will be honored up to ten (10) days from the date of purchase of membership but such termination shall be effective only after card & membership materials have been returned to the Apo View. No refund will be made until such action has been completed. Cancellation is subject to a cancellation fee of One Thousand Philippine Pesos (Php 1,000.00).

VALIDITY: 1 (one) Year
MEMBERSHIP FEE: Php 5,000.00
